Vegan snickerdoodles

I have tasted snickerdoodles for the first time at a friend house. Snickerdoodles have an amazing taste and the sugar topping was just melt in my mouth. After this experience i decided to prepare vegan snickerdoodles version. Before you do something preheat prepare your oven to 300 celsius degrees.
Ingredients:
* 2 1/2 cups self rising flour or all purpose
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 cup vegan margarine, softened
* 2 “eggs”
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Topping:
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
Combine topping and set aside.
In a medium size bowl combine self rising flour, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. In a larger bowl, with an electric mixer, blend the margarine and sugars. Add the eggs and mix well until fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and blend at a low speed until the dough comes together.
Shape dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar topping. Make sure to flatten them when placing them onto the baking sheets.
Bake for about 18-20 min and wait for them to disappear.

300ºC is about 570ºF, which is INSANELY hot for a cookie recipe. Are you sure that is correct?
