Healthy indian vegetarian recipe – indian fried macaroni

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

Directions:
Heat oil and fry onion well. Add crumbs of tofu, tomatoes, potatoes and
cabbage. Next, throw in noodles and bean sprouts, and fry for a short
while. Throw in green chilies, red chili and fry briefly. Season with, salt,  tomato sauce and chili sauce.

Serve with sliced cucumber and tomato sauce.

Humus-Iranian Style

This easy vegetarian recipe fit better after you made a big effort playing your favourite sport. I know it is tasty, but don`t eat too much, because this vegetarian recipe have some fats.

Serves 6-8.

Put all ingredients in the food processor and mix until nice and
smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Sprinkle a little bit of paprika and a
tiny bit of olive oil on top before serving it with vegan pita bread. It’s a
wonderful version of authentic Iranian hummus.

What is truly important is to find what is suitable to you and your family’s lifestyle. If you don`t have a vegetarian family and you are the only one eating vegetarian food, you have to understand the other family members. You don`t need to buy all the chairs in the house in vegetable form. You can buy one for yourself, and maybe the other members will enjoy it and will ask you to get one for them too.
A lot of stores are inspired by eco friendly products. It is in your hand to find the eco products which solve environmental challenges, and which are funny, desirable and functional at the same time.

This recipe is easy and special for vegetarian kids. This easy vegetarian recipe have a special color and flavour. It is the right choice for celebrating party of your kid.

Crust: 1 cup flour (I used Whole Wheat), 1/3 cups + 1 tablespoon margaring, 2+ tablespoon Cold Water, 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Crust:

Combine flour and salt. Add margarine, mix and crumble
with hands. Add water and form into a ball(add additional
water if needed). Chill.
Filling:

Empty cans into pan and cook on low until warm. Add vegan sugar
and stir in. Add some cornstarch(enough to your perferred
thickness). Chill.
Crumbles:

Add all ingredients. Crumble and mix with hands. Chill.
Pie:

Roll crust to fit a 9″ pan. Fill with filling and crumble
on crumbles. Bake at 350F for 20 mins or more.
Serves: Approx, 8
Preparation time: 1 hour

Vegetarian lifestyle: Sexy comercial video banned

PETA organization just launched a hot video to encourage people to become vegetarian. Unfortunately this funny and innovative idea was rejected by NBC because  the celebrities where playing childish with veggies. Basically the video wants to share the idea that vegetarian people are better at sex than the other.  In this ad, hot women are doing seductive things to vegetables.

What do you think,  are the veggies so hot, that the women can`t resist to them? Or if you are a man, what do you prefer the women from video or the veggies?

Lime Salad Dressing

Today I will bring you forward one of the most simple vegetarian recipes. Also this lime salad dressing is very healthy and it is important for us to share it to everybody. Even if you are vegetarian, vegan, or you just have an Eco lifestyle, you can use this dressing to most fresh salad you want. It have a nice flavor and  an attractive color. This vegetarin dressing is perfectly for dinners salad or fresh salad in the middle of summer.

and refrigerate until ready to use.

Sexiest vegetarian celebrities of 2008

We all appreciate the celebrities which could be models for us. Most of the kids are staring at celebrities and they just want to copy them. Unfortunately few celebrities have a model life and our kids could labor under a delusion. This thing is true for the next 2 celebrities. Both are vegetarian and were chosen to be the sexiest vegetarian celebrities of 2008. Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you :

Sincerely i`m surprised because Pamela Anderson is not the sexiest vegetarian celebrity, but that is probably she gets older. She thinks that most of the animals have intelligence and strong personalities and we are promoting cruelty if we eat meat.

Simple vegetarian recipe for Valentine`s Day

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

Directions:

Cook potatoes and beetroot till tender.The beetroot needs more time, so either put it in first, or take out the potatoes when done, and finish the beetroot separately. Mash and mix in oil and whatever spices
and herbs your heart desires. I like to serve this with radishes, cos
the colour matches, and ruccola or any other nice lettuce.

If you shape the mash to hearts, and cover in sesame seeds, you have a nice valentines snack! Also, if you make a big portion and have
cold leftovers, you can heat them in a frying pan (skillet) like this.

Alternately, you can mash the potatoes separately, mix in oil & herbs, and then only mix in the mashed beetroot partly, so you get a marble effect.

I bet kids’ll like this bright magenta coloured mash!

Use this as a side dish, or a snack, or as a topping on shepherd’s pie
