Indian Dressing
This dressing is perfect for vegetarian Indian salad. Eating healthy is your meaning not eating a lot with fats.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared sweet-hot vegan mustard
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir. Let sit about 10
minutes.
Serves:4 people Indian salad
