Garlic Spread
Mix together the following
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 whole bulb ROASTED garlic mashed
- some vegan Dijon mustard
- some non-dairy yoghert
- sometimes I add lemon juice
- salt, pepper & other spices are optional
Directions:
Mix until creamy.
Spread the garlic in some of your vegetarian recipes. It is very healthy for your organism and it helps at digestion. Also this easy vegetarian recipe could be used in any recipes which need garlic.
