You should cut the tomatoes into small quarters or chunks and throw all of them into a pot. 5 minute you have to let them to cook on high temperature and stir it occasionally. Once you have a soupy mixture throw in the diced garlic, textured soy protein, chopped onion and cut red peppers.  After you have to lower the heat and leave it to cook for 10 minutes. The tomatoes and paper have to be stir and soft. In the and add some salt and pepper depending on your taste and serve your guests with spaghetti, or as a dip. My friends cannot eat onions and i have found this great meal to make. This recipe is easy and simple to do.
